We believe it's critical to the success of your project for you to understand our approach to creating your custom Website. With our careful controls and checkpoints, almost all the sites that we develop are completed on time and to the complete satisfaction of our client. Following is a brief outline of the process we follow:

Phase I
Website Planning The first phase of your Website project is information gathering and research. We learn more about your business, who your target audience is, your expectations of what the Website will do as well as what content you want included in your Website (architecture or site map). This is accomplished by your completion of our Website Planning Guide. Once we enter into an Agreement, we will proceed with Phase II.

Phase II
Website Architecture and Design The next phase is the finalization of your Website architecture (site map) and the design of several unique prototypes (comps) of your Website. This includes mock-ups of navigation, content and graphical placeholders. You will receive several different comps from which to choose from. The goal of this phase is for you to select the comp that is closest to what you had in mind. From there we can make additional changes until you are completely satisfied with the overall look and feel of your new Website design. In extremely rare cases, additional comps are required and can be provided for FREE. Logo design and content development are also performed during this phase, if you've retained us for these services.

Phase III Website Development After selecting the chosen prototype (comp), we will code the site and incorporate the content and graphics into the new design. During this process we will create a style guide that will be used throughout the site to ensure the content is delivered in a clean and consistent manner compatible with the most popular browsers. The site will be temporarily hosted on our servers and available for you to view. Throughout the development process, you are able to see the progress and request any minor changes you might like.

Phase IV
Website Deployment One last approval from you and we are ready to launch your Website. But not until we give your new site a final test drive to ensure everything is functioning as planned, every link is linked and every word is spell-checked. After this final step and upon receipt of payment, we will then make the site live on your chosen domain name "ex: www.yourbusiness.com" for the entire world to see!
